I have realised that having a degree is like having a front door because now everyone has one.
How do employers dig down to if someone is a suitable candidate? Many now use behavioral questions but if someone goes to ten interviews with the same questions its quite easy to give the answers that they want to hear.
IE
Tell us about a time when you have had to overcome a problem being part of a team ?
Tell us about a team when you have had a difficult customer and how did you overcome it?
Tell us about a time you have had to manage your own behaviour for the good of an employer ?
These questions and ones like it can be blagged particularly by someone who can sell well.
I think the best interview process I have had was for Thomson holidays for a job as a holiday rep in 2005.
We all arrived and were put in a holding area & apparently they watched us interacting on CCTV.
Did we sit in a corner or introduce ourselves to our fellow candidates.
We then went into a room where we were sat in groups doing team related tasks & then a short 5 minute presentation to see how we would cope with public speaking.
All the while we were be observed. You see for me the C.V got my foot in the door but the Proof was in the pudding.
The choice to employ me was the right one as not only was I great with the customer but my public speaking skills ( I learned them as a young Jehovah's witness) allowed me to be a top seller of excursions.
A degree or a good C.V may get your foot in the door but a good attitude & behavior is more likely to be beneficial for an employer.

How good is The EU for employment ?
We are constantly told by the Coalition government & their friends in some large corporations that if we left the EU many jobs would be lost.
The UK government has procured £300 million pounds of Propaganda money from the EU to promote it to us before a Potential referendum that many of us with a modicum of intelligence do not believe will ever materialize.
Lets look at some evidence that would suggest the opposite of what we are being told about employment in the UK & the other European countries in the Euro for instance.

The worst unemployment is for those aged 16-24 in the UK is 22.4%.The Eurozone it is 23.8%.
The youth unemployment here in the UK will get even worse in January when there will be a massive influx of cheap Labour from Bulgaria & Romania. We don't know how many are coming but I would guess at maybe over the next year or so maybe 250.000. Our government is saying that not as many as the Polish influx over half a million in 8 years.

Our UK minimum wage is more than 10 times that of those countries.
Another thing to remember is that many Polish people are claiming child benefit for children that do not even live here & send it back to Poland. Do you think for even a millisecond that Bulgarians & Romanians have not heard of this?
When these people do come here they will happily live just like the first Poles who lived 10 people to a house & take minimum wage jobs that just a few years ago our school leavers would take on the first step of the working ladder. IE bar work, Waiting jobs & hotel cleaners, Cleaning jobs & so on. Our wonderful leaders & other Pro European commentators like to tell us that our kids are lazy & lack motivation to work. This is more Propaganda led by the likes of the Labour party who have spent the last 50 years undermining the working classes in Britain while forcing through an open door immigration policy.
When I left school in 1983 my first job was washing pots in a Turkish owned Burger bar in Bromley Kent. I didn't really like the job & was hardly in my career dream jobs but it was that all important first job & unlike Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Nick Clegg & Ed Milliband who have never had proper jobs & born with silver spoons I needed to pay my way.
Our leaders Like Cameron ,Clegg & Milliband Never(nor will their Children) have to compete with Immigrants for jobs housing or doctors,dentists or school places.
What of the scaremongering of the pro EU brigade about jobs being lost. Our government & the EU would have you believe this to continue the gravy train for the likes of Germany with its 5% unemployment. The EU superstate cost Brits like You & I £65 billion a year some people believe its more like £110 billion & we get a lot less in return for our investment than many countries in the EU.
All in all we must not be conned into staying part of this failed project to rule Europe with as was wanted by the Germans in 2 world wars which failed due to the courage of our US allies & fellow European countries. We must not allow ourselves to be manipulated into staying part of the the ECHR which allows criminals to escape punishment & extradition, costing us millions & allowing Murderers & rapists to stay putting our families at risk.
None of us have voted for it and was forced through by Gordon the Moron Brown on his way to bankrupting Britain.
We want Out of the EU superstate now We want a referendum & we want it NOW.
The Only way to get a vote or to get out is to vote UKIP at every opportunity.

From My new website
Many People I know are surprised by my political leanings due to my background. My parents never voted, like many Jehovah's Witnesses they were told that by voting for earthly leaders we would be denying Christs leadership & Kingship. That being said I always knew my mothers thoughts. My mothers family were miners in Lancashire & her grandfather died from inhaling coal dust for many years. My mother detested Margaret Thatcher due to the miners Strikes & closures. I personally liked Maggie even as a young lad. I was 12 years old when she became Britain's first female Prime Minister & I remembered the 3 day week due to the miners strikes & sitting with flickering candles in the house like in victorian times. In fact all I remember as a child was Labour Party meant strikes The winter of discontent springs to mind. Labour closed more mines than the conservatives.Take the myth that Thatcher was deeply unpopular. The truth is that she won 43.9 per cent of the vote in 1979, 42.4 per cent in 1983 and 42.2 per cent in 1987 – landslide results of which contemporary politicians can only dream.It took this from a Daily mail article
The Labour Party have caused more financial hardship for the working classes than any Conservatives. The gap between rich & poor is wider now than I can remember & this is thanks to Labour under Tony Blair & Gordon Brown. Tony Blair's constituency was Sedgefield covering the area I live in the North East. It is one of the poorest parts of the UK with some of the highest unemployment. Many of those people for some reason still vote Labour even though they have been shafted by them at every turn. Thanks To Tony Blair & Labour 's attempt at social engineering by allowing uncontrolled immigration many young people will be on benefits for many years to come & some will never have a decent paid job & will never own thier own home.Many of these young people are unable to read, write or even speak properly thanks to our education system which has to spend many hours teaching the immigrant Kids how to speak English. I will state to you here & now, I DO NOT BLAME THE IMMIGRANTS. Those same immigrants who are just looking for a better life need housing, Education, Healthcare including a GP place for thier families & dentists. Many will Blame Mrs Thatchers Government for the lack of social housing due to the right to buy act, however Labour had 13 years to build new social housing but chose not to. Why ? We are housing new arrivals in hotels & expensive million pound properties at the Taxpayers expense. We are paying around £85 billion a year to the EU plus money to the IMF to bail out failed EU countries like Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Spain & Portugal & maybe France next. We are cutting our own services while paying into these money pits to appease & keep the EU failure going. Look at what the EU gravy chain takes from every citizen in Europe, do you think its right or fair ? Or keep paying when they leave or expenses.The fact that these EU commissioners cannot be held to account for their actions See the video. Its no different to the Communists ,Fascist & dictatorships that most of those on the EU were living under in the very near past. Is this good for Britain or the wider world? This is the reality of voting Labour , The Liberal Democrats & even the Conservatives holds for us in the future. Lets Face it The Conservatives stopped being the conservatives when Maggie left. Maggie for all her faults stood up for those that wanted to work hard & reap the rewards, something she learnt from her hardworking father. She gave people like myself & millions of other working class hardworking people the chance to own our own home unheard of in areas like Catford, Lewisham & parts of Bromley where I grew up. In fact my father & mother worked hard providing healthy food and a decent childhood for my 4 siblings & I although we had nothing.This was in the days of the 3 day week caused by the striking miners who FYI more were put out of work & more mines were closed under Harold Wilson IE Labour than Under the conservatives. The Conservatives under Cameron the Eton educated never had a proper job posh bloke are a bunch of cowardly wet blankets. Then We have Mr Ed Millibland who just goes along with the popular consensus of the minute rather than making a decision based on facts or even his own convictions. The Labour Party whom have done more financial harm to this country while in power under Blair & Brown than 2 world wars ever did. Uncontrolled immigration & the worship at the feet of the EU dictatorship & the ECHR stopping us from deporting murderous criminals & rapists protecting their human rights instead of their victims. The Liar Blair gave up much of the rebate that Maggie clawed back from the EU. Maybe doing so to help get Himself the Presidency of the EU in the future something that up to now has cost us £10 billion. The same EU that costs us in Britain around £65 billion directly and indirectly every year and rising & doesn't include money paid to the IMF to Bail out EU countries . Then The Liberal Democrats run by another posh fella who like his Pal Cameron has also never had a proper job who only but for an under the table deal ended up as assistant Prime Minister. A man who held out for a deal with Labour for as long as possible before going with his second choice.A man who opposes everything Cameron tries to do just to oppose him like a petulant child. The whole gay marriage fiasco smokescreen that most voters including my gay friends don't care about either way. They promise a referendum after the next G.E well after our country has been overrun by Romanian Gypsies & Bulgarians taking what little low paid menial jobs are available because the minimum wage can be made up with benefits to send home just like the Polish did a few years ago taking the jobs that many young school leavers & uni students would have taken historically to survive. We have Scum Muslim extremists committing crimes in the name of Allah & Pakistani Muslim men raping & abusing young white girls all over the country while our police & politicians Apart from the disgusting BNP Leader Nick Griffin who exposed what was happening and was Branded racist, Deny that there is a problem.We are arming Muslim rebels to take over Egypt, Libya, Syria which will end up being more dangerous enemies than Saddam, Assad or Gaddafi ever where because rather than democracies evolving Groups like the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt will assume power & persecute non Muslims as is happening to the Coptic Christians that have lived in Egypt at peace for 2000 years. We do this while selling weapons to those we oppose or hate us see this. Countries we sell weapons too even Argentina.Most Brits with half a Brain can see that the 3 main Parties who are in Bed with the EU dictators in Brussels are not working for the good of Britain or its people & economy & Its those who are seeing that UKIP are the only party that do. Samsung galaxy S11
Hi all, I just want to tell you about my Samsung galaxy s 11. I work for a mobile network and have done for 2 years in Tech Support and now Upgrades. As you know Apple Iphone have been producing some tasty handsets over the last few years the trouble is Apple set the price the networks charge and the tariffs they are allowed to be sold on. For this reason the costs are roughly the same cross networks. Now unless you jailbreak your Iphone(not recommended as invalidates your warranty) you are stuck with paying for all your music,apps and videos. I for one believe that once I have purchased my handset it is mine and I put on it what I like.
In my experience over the last year many people are coming round to this way of thinking. Android therefore is becoming the market leading OS. I have the Samsung Galaxy s 11 with built in quick tap technology the handset also comes with a signal boost built in . Simply this means that when you connect to your home wifi a green house appears in the task bar boosting your mobile signal . I also have this tech in my partners Blackberry 8520 and My 9380 which is great if you live in the twilight zone for signal.
The thing with Iphone also If you are not aware is prior the 4s the insides of iphone are actually Samsung. So you see for me I would rather own a market leading handset from Samsung without the costly Apple logo on it. My GS11 also has built in 16gb of storage like the I 4s but also is expandable with upto an extra 32gb with a micro sd card and means that i already have 20gb of my own music on the handset that I can also transfer to my phone after purchasing in CD form 1st.
The samsung has the same size 1.2gb dual core processor as The 4s but has a 4.3 inch screen compared to the iphone 3.2 . The Browser on android is around 3 times faster and if you add the Opera mini browser it condenses the data thereby using less data and saving you money. I love Android Os its fast and reliable and the galaxy s11 has outsold the Iphone for the last 9 months.
There are also many new Android handsets such as the Htc Sensation XE with a 1.4gb dual core processor and the Dr Dre beats audio and the free headphones. The latest Sony offering the Xperia s is also pretty amazing but the New Samsung Galaxy s3 should be released soon and if its anything like the S11 It should really put the pressure on Iphone even with the iphone 5 due in the summer.
All in all The Android OS is improving all the time also with google integration and the 250.000 apps on the Play store 80% of which are free. I like that you can change the theme of your android handset to suit ones personality not to mention you can change your ringtone for each and every contact something impossible on Iphone. I could write page after page waxing lyrical about Android but luckily for you I wont. If you own an Iphone and are sick of paying through the nose for it , then try android. If you have any tech questions or would just like to tell me Im an Idiot because im not an apple sheeple then feel free .

The Budget
No surprises for me in the budget robbing the hard working in our communities while putting more money in the pockets of the rich. The new 45p rate for top earners is great because any of those earning in excess of £150.000 will already have their avoidance in place all this new rate does is gives them more money to avoid paying tax on. Now don't get me wrong if i could afford to pay an accountant to save my money I would as I believe we all would given the opportunity.
First of all how can leaders who have never had a proper job empathise with the hard working among us. You see Dave is the son of a gambler sorry stockbroker and even blue blooded if wikipedia is correct. Like many in politics today Public school education and never had a job where there was any chance of getting their lillywhite hands dirty. The mantra of "we are all in this together" is a joke. I cant go into work and demand they pay my travel costs, or pay for my breakfast and lunch and many MPs claim upto £400 a month for food alone. I cant afford to eat out at lunchtime so I bring a packed lunch so why cant our MP's do the same? They eat at subsidised restaurants worth up to £5.7m a year . Do you think this is acceptable when we are losing our jobs and paying through the nose for everything ?
Are we really all in it together when for instance our Mp's can smoke inside but for smokers of which I am not one cannot.
They call us racists when we suggest that people from eastern Europe are taking many jobs at the expense of British people who want to work. But then our politicians are not having to compete with these Immigrants for their jobs.
They complain about those claiming benefits a situation that has been created by successive governments. Our politicians have created a dependency a bit like a drug dealer giving someone free drugs and then calling them a junkie when they need more. We have seen in the paper that young people will have to work until they are 80 years old before they can retire , is it any wonder? You have women getting pregnant year in and year out by different fathers and we have to support each child for the next 18 years. The majority of these mothers of these kids will never ever work and the fathers are not seen for dust. The whole situation is unsustainable but nothing will be done because they are all potential state dependent voters.
On April the 6th we will be able to to earn £8,105 before we have to pay any tax then next April the amount rises to £9,205 which is nice but with a possible 2 budgets after yesterdays that will be clawed back in other taxes.
Petrol is already £1.40 a litre with another 3.2p in duty going on in august and that without more rises before then. Now for me this is not a problem as I neither need or want to own a car as I cycle 30 miles a day to work and back keeping me fit and healthy, however like benefits people are rightly or wrongly dependent on their cars.
I don't smoke either but nicotine this deadly legal drug the most addictive known to man is profited by the worlds governments and an extra 37p on a pack will make a pretty penny for our government. I for one think this is obscene and belittles our governments claims to a war on drugs.
I don't have any kids either so I personally don't want to pay for other peoples. Now telling those that pay a fortune in taxes ie those earning more than £50.000 a year that they will no longer be getting something THEY DO pay for is not the best way to motivate people to work hard.
My real problem though is the government we have in place. Now for me the name of the party is now irrelevant Labour , Conservative Lib Dems are all the same which really explains the hung parliament at the election. Dave lets face it is just Tony B liar with a blue tie. The only reason he is prime minister is that Nick Clegg preferred to do an under the table deal with him instead of Gordon Brown and the Labour party. The truth of the matter is we trust none of them but in general the British electorate are cowards and will still vote for where their perceived class affiliation directs them or the party their Parents, Grandparents or great grandparents voted for. Until the electorate use their brains things will never change. The amount of people I know that say we need to be out of the EU which is costing us £50m a day and is basicly a dictatorship ruled over us by the Germans and to a smaller degree the French. The same germany that tried and failed thanks to millions of brave men and women to conquer us and the rest of Europe twice in the last hundred years with guns, bombs and tanks have now succeded with a pen. We in last few months have seen what this dictatorship has done in 2 countries Greece and Italy 2 elected officials removed and 2 Euro huggers put in their place. Why are we in general blind to these facts? Just like Britain they now have in place Unelected prime ministers. The Eu is an unelected body living off hard working Europeans suffering hardship while they eat and drink and Travel at the peoples expense. Once again just like our parliament they are allowed to smoke in the building but disallow ordinary smokers thruout Europe to do the same. Truly a dictatorship.
OUr citizens need to wake up and stop taking all this lying down , we as a nation need to take our country back before its too late.
First of all how can leaders who have never had a proper job empathise with the hard working among us. You see Dave is the son of a gambler sorry stockbroker and even blue blooded if wikipedia is correct.
